Current Patients
Cancellation Policy
To discourage no shows, Casscells Orthopaedics has adopted a policy to charge patients who do not give 24 hours notice a $25 cancellation fee. By not canceling in advance, you prevent another patient from being seen. Outstanding charges must be paid upon arrival at your next appointment.
Renewing prescriptions
Prescription renewal requests can be called in at anytime, follow the prompts and your prescription will be called in by noon the next business day if clinically appropriate. Please anticipate running out of medication so it can be handled during regular business hours. Renewals for Schedule II narcotics (such as Oxycontin or Percocet) must be written and you will need to have someone pick up the prescription at the office, as it is not legal for a pharmacy to accept these prescriptions over the phone. The physician on call for emergencies at night and on the weekend will not renew your prescription.
Your satisfaction
If you like what you experience with our office, please tell your family and friends. If you ever have a concern please contact our practice administrator, Josh Vaught at jvaught@casscells.com or by phone at either of the offices.
